Please let us know if you'd like a physical gift card mailed to you. Gift Cards are non-transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.

All furniture shipments are delivered curbside with a freight carrier. The freight carrier will contact you ahead of time to make a delivery appointment. All shipments are insured. Transit time depends on the shipping location and carrier. Please contact us for an accurate timeframe. If you receive a piece of furniture that is damaged upon arrival, please note on the POD (Proof of Delivery) at time of delivery. Please include pictures in your email reporting damaged items. Depending on the damage, we'll coordinate the necessary repair or replacement. The customer is not responsible for shipping charges for the return of damaged items or replacements sent.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns must be in new condition and in original packaging. All delivery and return delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise. SOBU will accept responsibility for defective or damaged product if determined to be a manufacturing issue. We warrant all finishes and parts for 1 year from the date of purchase. Please note: Rug returns incur a 10% restocking fee.
